Lavender Harvest Day: The 8•8•8 Gathering

each year on August 8th cut 8” stems

Cut. Bundle. Celebrate.

Join us at Granite Ridge Vineyard for a one-of-a-kind seasonal experience where guests are invited into the lavender harvest itself—exactly one month after National Lavender Day.

On August 8, we gather to mark the transition from bloom to bottle.

Guests will step into the rows, hand-harvest lavender, and take part in the ritual of bundling and preparing the stems for drying—an experience rooted in both beauty and tradition.
